The TILIT Harvest Collection is a limited-edition drop of chef coats, chef aprons, and chef pants inspired by the colors, textures, and ingredients of the autumn season. Born from travels through upstate New York, this line captures the spirit of harvest, both in the field and in the kitchen.

In cooking, “harvest” marks a time of change, of using what’s ripe, preserving what’s good, and preparing for what’s next. It’s the same rhythm that guides chefs: a nod to FIFO (first in, first out), where nothing is wasted and everything has its moment to shine.

This season, our fall chef workwear explores that balance through color-blocked aprons and coats in rich brown and green hues, plus our first-ever proprietary Kitchen Camo pattern. Look closely and you’ll spot ingredients woven into the design: sage leaves, bay leaves, oregano, salsify, bergamot root, and rosemary, a culinary collage that makes chefs stand out rather than blend in.

The Harvest merch collection complements the line with a geometric color-blocked logo square, inspired by the original photo of farm fields that sparked the collection.
