Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped and fulfilled from our fulfillment center in Saint Louis, Missouri Monday - Friday. In stock orders are picked and packed within 3-4 business days for both standard and expedited shipping. 

Orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 12 PM Eastern for same-day processing.  For faster delivery, place your order before the cutoff time, and we'll prioritize it for expedited processing and shipping.

Next-day shipping is available for orders placed before the cutoff. Please note that next-day shipments will be processed on the next business day.

Once your items have been shipped from our warehouse the delivery times are subject to carrier lead time. Please allow 7-10 business days to process embroidery orders. Express shipping will be scheduled after embroidery completion. 

We currently ship to all 50 US states Puerto Rico and Canada. Please email  for International shipments.

Do You Offer International Shipping at Tilit?

All international shipments for Tilit orders are handled through our partner, Passport Shipping. Shipping rates quoted at check out include duties fees. The shipping timeline for international shipments is from 8 to 14 days. We do not issue returns on International orders.
