Your chef coats are amazing, but do you offer bulk discounts? Yes!! Give us a call, stop by the retail store or email us to hear about our bulk order discounts starting at 12 pieces.
Do you make any brightly colored chef aprons? Sure thing! We are willing and happy to make any color aprons you like for your team. As long as we can source the fabric we will produce it.
Do you make bistro aprons or waist aprons? Yes we do! Primarily for custom order of 12 pieces or more.
Do you make hotel uniforms as well as restaurant uniforms? Yes! We will make any type of hotel uniform or restaurant uniform you need. Heck, we'll make any uniform you need!
You say Made in NYC, but is that just a marketing gimmick? No gimmicks here. Most of our proprietary clothing is made right in the middle of Manhattan, off 8th avenue in the fashion district. We currently produce our pants both in New York and overseas. Bulk items and goods for some overseas customers are made in China. Our supply collection is made in Colombia. All of our garments are labeled with their place of origin.
Can I get my chef coats embroidered? Of course. We have a great embroidery partner that will embroider your chef coat with name and/or your logo.
How can I get my chef coats and chef aprons today, like right now!? You can stop by our retail store !
How should I take care of my new apron so that it lasts as long as you say it will? Every garment has care instructions listed under the specs. We also have general care instructions listed here. If you have further questions or need advice on laundering your goods, please give us a ring.

What is your return policy in case it doesn't fit? As long as it hasn't been washed or worn you can return it asap for an exchange, size swap (within 30 days of receipt). Checkout our full return policy here. If you need a refund, we accept them within 14 days of receiving your package minus the return shipping fee and a restocking fee of $10.
I just slammed a knife through my hand what do I do? First get the heck off the internet, then go to the hospital. When you're all fixed up check out our Facebook page and tell everyone what happened.
You are out of stock on my size. When can I get more? We are making more as we speak. Hit the waitlist button and enter your email to get notified! We'll send a a notification as soon as its all back in stock. BOOM.
I just received my order and it's not correct!? Oh, no! We are doing everything we can to get orders out quickly and correctly. We do make mistakes though. Give us a buzz or an email right away, we'll fix it and get your amended order right out.
