Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped and fulfilled from our fulfillment center in Saint Louis, Missouri Monday - Friday. In stock orders are picked and packed within 3-4 business days for both standard and expedited shipping. 

Orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 12 PM Eastern for same-day processing.  For faster delivery, place your order before the cutoff time, and we'll prioritize it for expedited processing and shipping.

Next-day shipping is available for orders placed before the cutoff. Please note that next-day shipments will be processed on the next business day.

Once your items have been shipped from our warehouse the delivery times are subject to carrier lead time. Please allow 7-10 business days to process embroidery orders. Express shipping will be scheduled after embroidery completion. 

We currently ship to all 50 US states Puerto Rico and Canada. Please email  for International shipments.

Do You Offer International Shipping at Tilit?

At this time, TILIT is only shipping internationally to Canada. We are currently in the process of sourcing the best international shipping rates for our global customers and hope to expand availability soon.

All Canadian orders will receiving shipping rates quoted at checkout include duties and taxes. Estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days.

Do You Ship Orders to The United Kingdom? If So, How Will Tilit Orders Be Shipped?
