Sizing & Care
Most of these workshirts run relaxed and unisex, with dedicated cuts in the men's chef shirts and women's chef shirts collections; the Herringbone Chambray runs XS–4XL. Check the size chart before you order — the Chef Shirt runs slightly large. Care is simple: wash cold, low heat, and skip the fabric softener so mesh and blends stay breathable.
More about chef work shirts
How to choose your chef work shirt
Start with your station. If you run hot or bounce between the line and the walk-in, the FOCUS Mesh Box Workshirt and Supply Workshirt move air and wick sweat so you're not soaked by hour eight. Want something that reads sharp on the floor but holds up in the kitchen? The collared French Kitchen Workshirt and Herringbone Chambray bring structure and texture, with a longer back that stays put when you bend over the pass.
Tees, henleys, and layers
For a lighter setup, the Work Henley Tee and Performance Pocket Tee keep a pen or ticket close with a chest or sleeve pocket, and layer easily under a coat or over an apron. When the room cools, the Utility Overshirt in 100% cotton twill throws on over any of these.
And if you want the button-front look without the weight of a traditional jacket, our original Chef Shirt has underarm vents and a decade of line testing behind it. Kitting out a whole crew? Team ordering makes it easy to mix tops, coats, and aprons around a single logo.
