Been a die hard Chefwear guy since 1995 .. Yeh I’m dating myself ! Since chefwear sold to landau uniform the consistently in sizing has been horrific ! Floated around a bit Chefworks , Braggard , Happychef ect… I finnaly bit the bullet and purchased my first pieces of Tillet about three months ago ( always felt was a bit pricy ) I’m currently in for about 3k of Tillet merch. I have to say hands down by far the best chef gear I’ve worn throughout my 35+ year career ! Sizing , style , functionality all wrapped up in one brand ! Wish you guys were around when I first got in the madness we call our career ( life ) . Glad your here now and I got a to be a part of your class at company !
