Jenny Goodman is the co-founder and CEO of TILIT, the fashion forward workwear brand for the culinary and hospitality industry. Before Co-Founding TILIT in 2012, Jenny had a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, opened a restaurant called Goods in Brooklyn, and earned an MBA from NYU Stern. In May 2024, Jenny, her partner Alex, and the TILIT team launched Utility, a new kind of tradeshow for independent restaurants and brands. Jenny is also the co-host of The Build on Heritage Radio Network, a podcast all about the business of starting a restaurant.
